Keith is a business attorney experienced in executing sophisticated transactions and resolving complex legal, financial and operational issues. Areas of expertise include corporate finance and private equity, workouts and operational restructuring, real estate acquisition and development, corporate mergers and divestitures, technology and venture capital and complex litigation management. - Formation of a sports, fitness and social club for a master-planned community developer.

- Multi-year bankruptcy restructuring of a large Las Vegas resort and master-planned community including securing $127 million in debtor-in-possession financing and resolving over $1 billion in secured and unsecured claims.*

- $500 million credit facility for private homebuilder and master-planned community developer.*

Prior to co-founding Mosley LLP, Keith was Managing Director and General Counsel of an operational turnaround and restructuring advisory firm. He has also served as General Counsel of public and private companies and as Vice President of Business Development for an ecommerce venture. Keith began his career as a corporate attorney with Morrison & Foerster (Irvine) and Venture Law Group (Menlo Park). Keith received his law degree from the Columbia University School of Law and his Bachelor of Science (Finance) from Arizona State University.
